Application Policy: There is a $25 application fee when you apply to rent a home. There is an additional $10 for each additional person that will be living in the home over 18 years of age. LASH Inc. bases the decision to rent on the following factors: Credit Report, Rental History, Employment, Criminal History, and any information obtain from Tenant Data.
If you are approved, the rent will be prorated to your move in day. If you sign a lease after the 15th of the month the following months rent is due upon signing of the lease.
Section 8: Sorry, we do not currently participate in the section 8 program.
Rent Policy: Rent is due the 1st of each month and delinquent on the 5th. There is a $50 late fee for rents paid after the 5th. Rents paid after the 5th need to be in the form of a money order or cashiers check, not personal checks accepted. Any returned checks will be assessed a $50 fee.
