LASH Inc Pet Policy – Most homes do allow pets. If pets are not allowed then that will be noted on that homes information on the website. There are breed restrictions and the following types of dogs are not allowed: Rottweiler and Pit Bulls. There is additional $25 monthly fee per pet (Max 2 pets) that is added to the rent. The tenant will be held responsible for any actions of their pet and for any damages. All pets must be licensed with the city in which the home is located.
